File Submission for Printing Terms

Please ensure that all design files, including logos or any other artwork, are submitted in CMYK color format for optimal printing results. Submitting files in RGB format may cause color differences between the on-screen appearance and the printed product. We cannot guarantee color accuracy for files submitted in RGB, as screen and print colors can vary due to the nature of digital versus print color spaces.

Important: If files are provided in RGB format, we cannot offer reprints free of charge for any resulting color discrepancies in the final print.

4. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you agree to the following:

Order Process:

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Go Happy Prints. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases where we believe the order is fraudulent or contains inappropriate content.

  • Prices for all products are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • If your product is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at gohappyprints18@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders for non-customized products may be canceled before shipping.
  • Orders for customized products may only be canceled if production has not yet begun. Once customization has started, cancellation is not possible.

All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, is owned by Go Happy Prints or licensed to us. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the website without our express written consent.
